RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – RETURNS POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and intend to exercise the withdrawal, you can notify us by telephone, e-mail, online form or by producing another explicit declaration within a period of 14 days from the date of purchase of the products. In case of withdrawal, the only cost to be borne by you will be that of shipping the return.

The above does not apply to customized products, including tailored clothes and accessories.

We inform you that you can always return customized products if they are found to be defective upon receipt.

WHAT TO DO TO MAKE A RETURN AND RECEIVE A REFUND (OR PRODUCT REPLACEMENT):

  1. You can simply indicate your request, using the methods indicated in the Contact section. We will take care of providing you with the Return Authorization and related information.
  2. Pack the product in its original packaging, including any documents, accessories and manuals received with the product itself, otherwise we may decide not to proceed with the refund. Make sure the package is tightly closed and that the contents do not risk being damaged during shipment. It is important that the package contains the shipping address specified in the indications in point 1).
  3. Don’t forget to include the original packing slip.
  4. The amount will be refunded according to the original payment method, generally within 15 days of receiving the product.

We recommend using an insured and traceable shipping method. Feelosphically will not be liable for any damage or loss of packages.

REFUND AND REPLACEMENT

Once the refund has been processed, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail. Refunds are normally made within 15 days from the date of receipt of the product.

If you have requested the replacement of a defective or wrong product, a new product will be sent to you immediately upon receipt.

Note: Feelosophically accepts returns of products purchased exclusively on this site. Any other product purchased at Feelosophically authorized sales points must be returned at the point of sale itself.

The refund will be made preferentially with the original payment method.
